Tim Riley was admitted to legal practice in 2002. During his time in practice he has worked as a commercial lawyer and as in-house counsel for a pharmaceutical manufacturer. Tim works primarily in business structures, commercial transactions including Trade Marks and Intellectual Property and estate planning. Tim has a particular interest in commercial transactions relating to medical practice as he spent a number of years as a lawyer seconded to the AMA Victoria advising doctors.
