What will the colour, design and size of the stalls be?
Due to weather and space restrictions, only the foyer area (business / professional services) will have formal display shells, which are expected to be 2m deep x 2m wide x 2m high.  For all other areas, exhibitors will be provided with tables / chairs only and will need to provide their own table cloths and free standing displays if required.  The different types of display areas are priced accordingly.

In the event that you have a particular preference for stall size / LOCATION, please detail this in your application.  While we will make every endeavour to comply with these requests they cannot be guaranteed.

When will I know the dimensions of my stall?
Details as to the dimensions of the stall will generally be provided in the email that confirms your acceptance as an Exhibitor, however, at this stage we are unable to confirm dimensions until the stall quote is confirmed.  Accordingly, for those Exhibitors who have not received details yet these will be sent out as soon as possible.

When can I access my stall to set up?
All Exhibitors must ensure they are fully set up prior to 10.00am in order to ensure all is ready to go when the Expo opens at 10.00am.  Exhibitors will have access to the venue from 8.00am.

Do the stalls include tables?
Yes.  For a professional look, exhibitors are requested to bring covering for their tables.

Will the stalls have access to power?
Not automatically, but power can be arranged for an extra cost of $20.  Access to power will be a single point extension lead cable, available to limited areas only on a first come, first served basis.

Is Internet Access available?
Internet access should be available for those exhibitors who have mobile broadband (so long as your providers coverage includes Berwick).

Can I hand out samples at the Expo?
Yes, providing you have the appropriate licences.  Handing out samples including food and drink is fine, but please be considerate of other exhibitors by ensuring you make adequate arrangements for disposal of cups, plates, napkins, spoons etc and avoid providing samples of anything that is strong smelling.

What catering provisions will there be?
Tea, coffee and water ARE available to exhibitors at the onsite cafe / selected locations.  We are also arranging for a sausage sizzle and other food vans such as coffee, ice cream or baked potatoes to be present at the Expo.  We will provide more specific details as bookings are confirmed.
